Why ASRX?

AS stands for ADNP Syndrome, and also happens to be the initials of my sons name, Anthony Sermone. RX stands for the hopeful treatment we will find for ADNP Syndrome.

ASRX was formed solely to accelerate potential therapeutics for ADNP, with the hopes to move quickly toward successful and meaningful treatments and cures for ADNP Syndrome.

ADNP was discovered in 2014, there currently are approximately 300 diagnosed patients worldwide. ADNP is one of the top single gene causes of Autism and Neurodevelopmental disorders. Learn more at www.adnpfoundation.org.

There currently is not one single FDA approved treatment for ADNP Syndrome. Each day that goes buy is brain development lost, we simply cannot wait, we must find treatments!

Our approach is to collaborate with academic researchers to help them fund, move forward and commercialize their technologies for therapeutics targeting ADNP Syndrome.
